Reviews and Ratings
What an incredible location! So close to everything and yet so peaceful. The rooms may be cozy and dim with a unique view, but they are decorated beautifully. The service was helpful, though a bit confused at times. Dining options were good but could use a bit more variety. The stained glass windows and spacious bathroom added charm to the stay.
I was on the 4th floor with an incredible view of Prague Castle. The room was clean and with wonderful decoration, but it was a bit small and dark with a window facing a wall. The great bathroom included shower gel, hairdryer, and bidet.
The hotel has a lot of character and charm in its presentation; however, it may get quite warm during the summer months. While slightly overpriced due to the location, it could offer better value for at least 20 euros less per night.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and bathed in natural light, with charming old-style decor and even an affordable minibar for convenience. The service was exceptional, with the staff being kind and helpful, making sure all our needs were met. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and yet away from the tourist crowds. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. Overall, a great value for money.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of delight and disappointment. The rooms were not as spacious as expected for the deluxe category, but they impressed me with stained glass windows, luxurious bedding, an incredibly comfortable bed, and a stylish bathroom. The cleanliness and tidiness were top-notch. However, the dining options were somewhat limited, and I wished for more plant-based choices. The location was a real gem, close to everything and offering a good variety at breakfast. The service was outstanding, with special efforts to accommodate our requests and ensure a pleasant experience.
The hotel had beautiful, comfortable, and clean rooms in a medieval design, even in the little details, with some layout challenges in the attic rooms. The service was very friendly and helpful, especially with the sounds of bells ringing across the old town. The location was extremely convenient, just moments away from the Charles Bridge on a quiet square in Malá Strana. The dining experience offered more than enough food before exploring the city, although some found the breakfast options rather poor for the property type.
